Get To Know Dr. chloe Mirick
Dr. Chloe Mirick was born and raised in Washington, growing up just 20 minutes away from Rooted Dentistry in Kent, WA. She is a proud Husky and was thrilled to earn both her Bachelor’s degree and Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington (Go Dawgs!).
Her passion for dentistry began at an early age and grew throughout her eight years at UW. In addition to focusing on her education, Dr. Chloe enjoyed volunteering at the Seattle Union Gospel Mission where she provided free dental care to the homeless population in Seattle. Dr. Chloe also participated in several Dental Mission Trips to Guatemala where she was able to serve rural communities lacking access to basic dental care.
Dr. Chloe's passion within the dental field is focused around the union of orthodontics and esthetics. Improving both the function and look of a patient's smile and seeing them walk away with renewed confidence is one of the most rewarding aspects of dentistry for her. Post-graduation, Dr. Chloe has dedicated countless hours of her time towards continuing education courses focusing on Invisalign, implantology, conservative restorative techniques, and esthetic Bioclear bonding. She believes that dentistry should be comfortable, minimally invasive, and beautiful all at the same time.
She loves the unique opportunity to form lifelong relationships with patients from all walks of life and to hear their stories about their jobs, family, and passions. She loves fostering relationships built on trust and high-quality evidence-based dentistry to provide her patients with beautiful, healthy smiles.
When she’s not in the office, Dr. Mirick enjoys everything outdoors: skiing at Crystal Mountain, hiking and camping during the summer months, cheering for Husky Football during the fall, and taking her double doodle Jerry (who is sure to bring a smile to anyone's face!) to the dog park year-round.

What to Expect
Your First Visit
When you walk through our doors, you’ll be met with the friendly faces of our team in our modern, clean, and inviting office. Once you’re checked in, we’ll take some x-rays and lead you back to one of our operatories, where you’ll meet Dr. Mirick. She’ll perform a comprehensive exam and look over your x-rays, and discuss her findings with you. She will take the time to educate you on the state of your oral health, answer any questions you may have, and outline all of your treatment options. If everything checks out, you’ll receive a thorough cleaning and we’ll get you scheduled for your next appointment.

At Rooted Dentistry, we use modern imaging techniques, including our CBCT (cone-beam computed tomography) and iTero intraoral scanners to create highly-detailed 3D models of your teeth and gums. With these images, in addition to digital, low-radiation x-rays, we can get a comprehensive view of the state of your oral health for more effective and efficient treatment planning.
