Get To Know Dr. Joshua M. Mehlhaff
The Professional Side
Dr. Mehlhaff was born and raised in Renton, Washington. As an avid Scrubs fan, he knew he wanted to join the healthcare profession early. Dr. Mehlhaff earned both his bachelor’s and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from the University of Washington. He joined the Air Force as part of the Health Professions Scholarship Program. After Dental School, he completed the United States Air Force Advanced Education in General Dentistry and a year-long residency at the US Air Force Academy, where he took a particular interest in endodontics and oral surgery. Following his residency, Dr. Mehlhaff was stationed at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, Texas. Dr. Mehlhaff has been practicing dentistry for four years and is passionate about helping patients restore their oral health.
The Personal Side
When he’s not at the office, he enjoys going on adventures with his wife, Kayla, daughter Mercy, and dog Benji. Dr. Mehlhaff is an avid triathlete and has biked up Mt. Evans and Pike’s Peak (both peak out above 14,000 feet). He is an active member of his church, and coffee dates with his wife are his favorite part of the week.
